About Knead to Be Gluten Free

About me

I'm Jamie Corey and in 2017, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, a life-changing moment that forced me to rethink everything I knew about food. I had always loved baking, but suddenly, my favorite recipes were off-limits. Instead of giving up, I took it as a challenge - determined to recreate the comforting, homemade treats I loved in a way that was completely gluten-free and just as delicious.

Through experimenting, failing, and perfecting recipes, I discovered a true passion for gluten-free baking. I learned how to blend flavors and textures to create baked good that don't just "pass" as gluten free - they shine on their own. That passion led me to start Knead to Be Gluten Free, a home bakery dedicated to crafting high-quality, safe, and mouthwatering gluten free treats for others who share this journey.
